Tennessee has an overall eviction rate of 2.78 percent (ranked 20 out of 46) with about 53 evictions a day.

Eviction: Stories from Tennessee is a collaborative multimedia experiment from undergraduate Journalism and Electronic Media students at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. This project provides stories and resources for anyone facing eviction, from landlords and property managers to low-income families and evictees.

Inspired by The Eviction Lab launched by Matthew Desmond, Eviction: Stories from Tennessee uses data-driven storytelling to report on statistical and personal accounts of eviction across the state.
